In our ongoing effort to better serve your pest control needs, we are pleased to announce the opening of our in-house DIY (do-it-yourself) Pest Control Center!
We realize that not all pest problems require one of our Licensed Technicians to attend. We also realize that the products available to the public for the do-it-yourselfer can be confusing to buy and even more confusing to apply. On top of it all, we understand that high-quality, professional pest service is not in everyone’s budget.
So, let’s take the mystery out of traps, powders, sprays, aerosols, and baits. Come in to talk with one of our technicians and get the straight goods navigating consumer products that will work best for your specific issue. You will be speaking directly with a day-to-day user of pest control products, one with a vast knowledge on pest behaviours and pest management procedures.
Take your time, look around, ask questions, and get the best bang for your buck.
We don’t sell plumbing supplies, electrical parts, or lumber – our full and undivided attention will always be focused on the bug world. Pest control isn’t something we do, it’s ALL we do!

As the ground thaws and the final memories of winter melt away, Okanagan pests are gearing up for the start of their season in our desirable climate (hey, the bugs want to be here as much as we do for that reason!).
Ongoing education is a vital tool for any pest professional. Here at BugMaster, we look forward to attending the annual structural pest management association of BC conference each winter and to grow our knowledge base through the year by conducting regular team meetings, by adopting new technologies and products, and by staying on top of evolving pest trends and invasive species.
