We will take a thorough look at all applicable areas: attic, crawlspace, garage, full exterior façade, full interior, and surrounding landscape.

As we inspect, we will note any deficiencies (access points, wear and tear), red flags, attractants, and other issues in detailed form. In most cases, we are able to provide insight on how to effect specific repairs should they be needed (alternatively, we are happy to do provide many of the typical exclusion repairs).

Assessments take, on average, 60 minutes to complete. Please ensure we have a clear point of entry to the attic and crawlspace (if applicable), unobstructed by household goods.
